Eligibility and Application

• Graduate or candidate for graduation from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited Doctor of Pharmacy program
• Eligible for South Carolina Pharmacist licensure
• Completed application submitted through ASHP's Pharmacy Online Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS) by January 5^th and include:
  • Letter of intent
  • Copy of pharmacy school transcript
  • Three professional letters of recommendation submitted via PhORCAS
  • Curriculum vitae
• ASHP Program Code: 37318
• Participant in the ASHP Residency Matching Program: NMS Code: 313913
• Other information: GSMC does not sponsor H1B or other visas
